Arthur,

Thanks for you comment, I really appreciate the time it takes to write a comment. The video quality of Qik I think could be better but then it could be a restriction of the iPhone as it doesn't have a proper video recorder. Also the quality of each frame is quite pixelated. If you keep the phone quite still it works really well. Qik will be in the app store I believe. There have been some rumors that it is breeching terms and conditions streaming from the iPhone. I hope there isn't because it would be such a great tool to have on such a great device. There is still a a fair way to go as it is still is alpha testing, not even beta testing yet.

I actually approach flixwagon about a week ago and they are going to let me help test their version when they have an almost ready app. If you contact them through the site they might be able to help you get an invite too!

As for comparing Qik and Flixwagon, until I have tried both I can't really comment on their recording applications. But between their websites I would have to say that I think the Qik site looks cleaner and more functional.

I hope that is all useful to you.

Hello Ollie really a pleasure finding you and your comments and videos about QIK. I live in USA, California and have old IPhone and getting ready to purchase the new 3G IPhone. Extremely excited about the QIK service of LIVE-Streaming video. Ollie, I was involved with a company that charged some of its Associates $199 per month for Streaming video from Desktop. I think that the cell phone is a much, much more important vehicle than the desktop.

Really good to see you testing the IPHone...How good was the video quality ??

Also, is Qik going to be able to release an App to App Store that will allow IPhoners to Video or does apple have to have something in place before that can happen ??

I would love to be a tester with QIK. What is your Opinion about Flixwagon ?? - I've read some things and people seem to think that Flix might be better??
